SMOKE ALARM MAINTENANCE.
We offer a comprehensive annual service which is designed to increase the safety of you and your tenants. We will ensure you will be protected from penalties and litigation by fully meeting all your legislated responsibilities in regard to smoke alarms.
OUR SMOKE ALARM ANNUAL PLAN INCLUDES:
Attend your property and conduct a design and installation survey
Inspect for any condition that is likely to affect all existing smoke alarms.
Ensure that all correct smoke detectors are installed and compliant with Australian Standards.
Ensuring smoke alarms have not passed their expiry date.
Free replacement of 9 volt batteries, if required.
Relocation of 9 volt smoke alarms, if required.
We test and clean all existing smoke alarms.
Annual fee includes all visits to your property in a year.
Inspection and Compliance report.
Armed Electrical Services will issue you a detailed Compliance statement to you/property manager, this will confirm you fully meet your responsibilities, this is extremely important in the event of loss of life in a fire situation and/or damage to the property.
We can also re-attend to carry out the same service at each tenancy change and renewal.
